Build sustainable low risk and diverse supply chain for our vendors & customers
- We have collected the information of energy consumption of our facilities covering 99% of operations. We have also commenced adoption of renewable energy in our major offices and warehouses. In the year 2022 we had acheived our first mile stone of installing a solar rooftop in our corprate office of capacity 62 KWH powering ~ 10% of our energy needs. By 2025 100% of our energy requirements in our corporate ofice covering 10% of groups total energy requirement will be powered through Renewable sources of energy. In the year 2023, we ingurated our solar rooftop in our Jebel Ali ADC in Dubai powering 100% of its energy requirements. Through this we have been able to increase our groups renewable adoption to 20 %. At Redington we are commited to build, operate green supply chains of our vendors & customers and as a first step towards this we have taken a target to source 30% of our total energy requirements from green/renewable sources by 2030.
- All of the 3rd parties we contract with like logistics & transportaion providers, 3PL warehousing providers, HR contract workers & partners are required to acknowledge their commitment to abide by the provisions of our Cobc and suplementary policies including ABAC, economic sanctions and AML. We have strong privacy and data security polices and practices to protect the confidential information of vendors, customers and employees. We also conduct audit from time to time on human rights issues with 3rd party contractors. This way we are able to build low risk supply chains for our stakeholders.

- At Proconnect Supply Chain Solutions , we closely work with our logisitics vendors to evalute and provide green logistics solutions to customers who would like to avail of this service. We are committed to operating sustainable supply chain for our customers and are working toward scaling this offering over the next few years.
Build an inclusive workplace focused on wellbeing, safety & development
- We inculcate DEI practices at our workplace at various levels. For one , all our corporate offices are accessibility friendly and have been designed keeping in mind employee wellness. We have a 33% participation of women in our board. We employee workforce of ~27% ethnicities.
- Our design guidelines for Greenfield offices provide for measurement & monitoring of indoor air quality, ample natural lighting , ergonomics, sufficient mix of collab work spaces, entertainment centres, nursing rooms and watering holes. We are GPTW certified in UAE, KSA,Qatar & Kuwait locations
- All our employees are mandated to undergo 40 hours of training every year. We have provided all our employees with access to Linkedin learning through which they are encouraged to pursue any course in any topic of their interest. In addition to this, we also conduct soft skills & technical training programs for all employees during the year in representative cohorts. ESG training is conducted as part of orientation and also forms part of our bundle of ethics training provided to all employees on an annual basis. In addition to the mandatory 40 hours learning , we also have professional development programs which allow our employees to pursue higher education partly sponsored by the organization which help them pursue career development goals.

- Our Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption Policy aims to uphold legal and ethical standards in dealings with government entities, public servants and other entities. The policy prohibits dishonest and unlawful behavior, bribery, kickbacks, improper payments, corruption, and unauthorised lobbying. It applies to all employees, suppliers, contractors, agents, advisors, and other third parties associated with Redington Group(“Associates”). Associates are required to never pay, promise, or authorise a bribe, allow a third-party representative to do so, or provide gifts or entertainment to anyone.
- Redington is committed to complying with all anti-money laundering and antiterrorism laws throughout the world. It conducts business only with reputable customers involved in legitimate business activities, with funds derived from legitimate sources. Each business is required to take reasonable steps to prevent and detect unacceptable and suspicious forms of payment. The Associates must never involve themselves in money laundering. The Associates must exercise complete due diligence with any person engaged or proposed to be engaged with Redington.
- At Redington, we prioritize the privacy and choices of our website users. We collect and process Personal Information in accordance with applicable laws and industry best practices.As part of our data privacy practices, we maintain reasonable and appropriate security controls, including administrative, physical, and technical measures, to safeguard Personal Information. In the year 2023, we have acheived the target of obtaining a ISO 27001 certiication for Redington Chennai Corp HQ as well our dubai offices covering 35 % of operations.

- Effective and timely redressal of the grievances raised by all stakeholder groups are considered as a priority at Redington. We have developed a well-structured grievance redressal mechanism for shareholders, employees, workers, customers/ Partners, and suppliers. We have an active service portal for our employees operational grievances (Admin, IT etc). ZFurther we have an active whistle blower hotline accessable by all our stakeholders, the details of which are covered in our whistle blower policy(Hyperlink to policy in website). We also have an exclusive ID for our investors to register their grievances (investors@redingtongroup.com). This ID is monitored on daily basis.
