He also had a successful stint as an entrepreneur with Third Wave Power in the accessible solar products market reaching over 6 million customers in the off grid rural space. He made a difference through his contributions at Wipro Infotech in challenging geographies and new applications with Sun workstations and servers.
With an MBA from IIM Bangalore and a B Tech in Mechanical Engineering from IIT Madras, Hariharan's leadership philosophy is grounded in innovation, and new business models. As the Group CEO of Redington Limited, he is poised to lead with passion and foresight, driving transformation across newer markets in the fastest-growing economies.
Mr. Krishnan brings a wealth of experience in financial management and strategy. He has a deep understanding of financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, risk management, and compliance. Since joining Redington Limited, Mr. Krishnan has played a key role in the Company’s growth. During his tenure as head of finance at Redington, he was involved in the Company’s equity raising process including the listing in India during the year 2007.
In addition to his financial expertise, Mr. Krishnan has demonstrated strong leadership skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally to achieve business objectives. Prior to joining Redington, he was employed with Ashok Leyland Limited.
Sriram Ganeshan has been Director on the board of Redington Gulf since January 2017. He is responsible for financial management and also spearheads the IT function and Shared Services Center for Redington Gulf. Mr. Ganeshan has been with Redington since 2000 and has played a significant role in acquisitions made by Redington Gulf. Prior to joining the company in 2000, he worked with KPMG in India where he worked with clients in multiple sectors. He has also been a panelist on various Industry forums on Trade Finance. Mr. Ganeshan is a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
Serkan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the Telecom, IT and Consultancy sectors in diverse roles including Sales, Marketing, and Strategy in leading companies such as TESAS Telecommunication, Probil, IBM, and Darest across Turkey and Switzerland.

Soumitra has extensive experience in diverse Indian and global organisations. Prior to joining Redington he was the Global Head of Talent Management in Sutherland and had earlier stints with Tata Steel, Hewlett Packard , Siemens and Nuance. His expertise has been in leading and driving strategic and innovative business aligned talent solutions in complex, highly matrixed and agile organisations aimed at enhancing overall capability and performance.
Ramesh Natarajan is a seasoned professional with over two decades of experience in the information technology and services industry. K Sridhar is a Commerce Graduate and with an MBA in Finance from University of Madras. He has also completed an “Advance Management Programme in FinTech and Financial Blockchain” from IIM, Calcutta. He has overall professional experience of 24 Years. Spearheaded the Credit portfolio of the Company and has extensive hands on experience in financial and overall evaluation of Resellers for purpose of extending Credit, Collections and Managing delinquencies. He has been associated with Redington group since 1998 and has held multiple responsibilities both in India and Middle East. At present, he leads the Broadline IT distribution business for Redington across Middle East. He is based in Dubai, U.A.E. where he lives with his wife and two kids.
Jim Mathew is a postgraduate in Business Administration and has over 14 years of experience in the distribution industry with Telecom & IT vendors and with distribution companies. He has been associated with Redington Gulf FZE since 2007 and currently heads the Telecom business as its President.
Mr. Sayantan Dev leads Value Added Distribution Unit for Redington Gulf. In over a decade at the company, Sayantan has successfully led multiple business units in the VAD space, growing revenue and profitability year after year. Sayantan has used his business and tactical nous to build and grow several businesses and take existing practices to new markets. He has also taken the initiative to build a data analytics practice, establishing a tier 2 business model, as a first for these brands globally. Prior to Redington Gulf, Sayantan worked within the VAD space in India. Sayantan is a Masters in Computer Applications from Institute of Management Studies – India and lives in Dubai, U.A.E at present.
Rawad Ayash currently serves Redington as a President for its Telecom Distribution business in the Middle East. He has been associated with the company since 2007 and has been instrumental in establishing Redington as a leading distributor for IT and Telecom products in Saudi Arabia. Prior to Redington, he has worked for reputed companies in the IT and manufacturing space. Rawad holds a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from the Lebanese American University, Beirut, Lebanon.
Aloysius Fernandes is a highly experienced professional with 33 years of cross functional experience in Distribution and has led in senior management roles for the last 23 years. He joined Redington Gulf FZE in 2011 as President across the Emerging Markets of Africa and CIS and is currently responsible for Growth Initiatives across MEA. Aloysius Fernandes is a Production Engineer with an MBA in Marketing from Mumbai University.
Mr. Chidambaram is a postgraduate in Operations Management from the All India Management Association in Delhi, India. He joined Redington India in December 1995 as Regional Manager Supply Chain Management for the Western Region. Chidambaram moved to Dubai in 2004 to set-up supply chain logistics for Redington Gulf FZE. Today, he leads the supply chain function for Redington across Africa, CIS countries, and the Middle East. He is also entrusted with building the groups 3rd party warehousing and freight forwarding business, ProConnect Logistics, in Africa and the Middle East.

Ramaprasad Nagarajan is the Senior Vice-President, Credit and Collections for Redington Gulf since Oct 2022. He began working at Redington Gulf in 2008 as a Regional Accounts Manager for Africa before moving on to other positions managing Redington's Business Finance and Commercial responsibilities across the Middle East and Africa. Ram has more than 20 years of extensive and diverse expertise in the financial and business sectors. He worked in India for EID Parry India Limited's various businesses before joining Redington Gulf, and he also spent a brief 15-month period working for his family's business. He holds a graduate degree in commerce and an MBA with a specialization in finance.
Sagar Jayanti comes with more than 20 years of experience in industrial relations and human resources management. Prior to joining Redington, he had worked in the Automobile, manufacturing, IT system integration, and distribution industry in India and the middle east. Bu süreçte farklı sektörlerde yerli ve yabancı ortaklı 200’den fazla firmaya danışmanlık vermiş olan Çelik pek çok şirketin genel yapısı ve mali işler yapılarının kurulması ve geliştirilmesi konularında da danışmanlık yapmıştır.
IT sektöründe çalışmaya 1989 yılında Mikroset A.Ş. de başlayan Erdal Hergüner 2000 yılına kadar Mikroset A.Ş.’de Genel Müdürlük görevini üstlenmiştir. 2001 yılında Arena’ya katılarak 2014 yılına kadar satıştan sorumlu genel müdür yardımcısı olarak görev yapmıştır. 2014-2015 yıllarında Logosoft’ta Genel Müdür Yardımcısı olarak çalışan Erdal Hergüner 2017 yılı Aralık ayından itibaren tekrar Arena bünyesinde Genel Müdür Yardımcısı olarak çalışmaya başlamıştır. 1964 İstanbul doğumlu olan Hergüner Kabataş Erkek lisesi ardından Anadolu Üniversitesi İktisadi ve idari Bilimler Fakültesinden mezun olmuştur, evli ve iki çocuk sahibidir.

Kerem, SMMM unvanına sahip olup, Kadir Has Üniversitesi’nden ‘Bankacılık ve Finans’ alanında Doktora derecesine sahiptir. Evli ve iki çocuk sahibidir.
Murat Dinç ,uzun yıllar telekomünikasyon sektöründe üst düzey yöneticilik yapmıştır. 1991-1995 yılları arasında Savunma Sanayi Müsteşarlığı’nda uzman, 1996-2002 yılları arasında Başarı Elektronik şirketinde Genel Müdür Yardımcılığı, 2003-2005 yılları arasında C5 Mobil’de Genel Müdür, 2006-2011 yılları arasında Protelgsm’de Genel Müdür, 2011-2013 yılları arasında Telpa A.Ş’de Genel Müdür Yardımcılığı görevlerinde bulunmuştur. 2014-2022 yılları arasında Brightstar Türkiye bünyesinde görev yapan Murat Dinç, Türkiye ve Dubai’den sorumlu Ülke Müdürü olarak görev almıştır.

“Onur Ertürk currently serves as the General Manager at Paynet. He has 12 years of banking experience. He started his career at YapıKredi Bank in 2006. He worked in various sales and marketing positions at YapıKredi Bank in branch and district offices. After working as Sales Manager until 2013 , he continued his career as a commercial sales manager at ING Bank district office. He was authorized to establish a micro SME segment at ING Bank and carried out the establishment of the segment with all its functions at the head office. Later, he was appointed as a branch manager in one of the largest branches of ING Bank. As he was closely interested in the digital transformation of finance, he joined the Paynet team operating in the field of fintech as Assistant General Manager. At Paynet, he initially managed sales and then sales and marketing functions altogether. Onur Ertürk completed his undergraduate at Anadolu University, Faculty of Business Administration. He then graduated from Galatasaray University Marketing Communication Master's program.

2012 yılında Lojistik Müdürü olarak Arena’ya katılan Tolga İldaşer, 1996 – 2011 yılları arasında Kağıt, Otomotiv, Perakende ve Lojistik gibi farklı sektörlerde Mühendis, Orta Düzey Yönetici ve Üst Düzey Yönetici olarak görev yapmıştır. Arena bünyesine katıldığı 2012 yılından bugüne kadar, Lojistik Müdürü, Lojistik ve Teknik Servis’ten sorumlu Direktör pozisyonlarında çalışmıştır.Tolga İldaşer, Ocak 2019 tarihi itibariyle Lojistik, Teknik Servis ve İdari İşler’den Sorumlu Genel Müdür Yardımcılığı görevine atanmış olup, Gazi Üniversitesi Endüstri Mühendisliği Bölümü mezunudur.
2020 yılında İnsan Kaynakları Direktörü olarak Arena’ya katılan Günışığı Geçgil; 2004 yılında Garanti Ödeme Sistemleri İnsan Kaynakları departmanında profesyonel iş hayatına başlamış ve sonrasında geçiş yaptığı Turkcell Global Bilgi ile telekomünikasyon sektöründe kariyerine devam etmiştir. 2011 yılında İnsan Kaynakları İş Ortağı olarak katıldığı Vodafone Türkiye’de çeşitli roller üstlenmiştir. 2013-2014 yılları arasında Kıbrıs İnsan Kaynakları Müdürü; 2014-2020 yılları arasında Yetenek Yönetimi Kıdemli Müdürü olarak görev yapmıştır. Günışığı Geçgil, Boğaziçi Üniversitesi Rehberlik ve Psikolojik Danışmanlık bölümünde lisans, Marmara Üniversitesi İşletme Fakültesi Örgütsel Davranış bölümünde yüksek lisansını tamamlamıştır. Yetenek yönetimi stratejilerini ve dijital dönüşümü destekleyen İnsan Kaynakları uygulamalarının hayata geçmesi, işveren markası yönetimi, çalışan deneyimi ve çeşitliliği gözeten kapsayıcı bir işyeri kültürü oluşturma, liderlik gelişimi ve koçluk gibi alanlarda çalışmaları vardır.
1993 yılında Yıldız Teknik Üniversitesi Elektronik ve Haberleşme Mühendisliği bölümünden mezun olan İsmet Sinan Saraç, 1995-2001 yılları arasında Infronic Bilgisayar Sistemleri (Acer-Türkiye) şirketinde Teknik Servis ve Satış Sonrası Hizmetler Müdürü olarak görev yapmıştır.
Ardından 2001-2006 yılları arasında Siemens A.Ş. bünyesinde Siemens Mobile-Türkiye Müşteri Hizmetleri & Kalite Müdürü olarak çalışmıştır.
2006 yılı başında çalışmaya başladığı Nokia Telekomünikasyon A.Ş. şirketinde Türkiye Satış Sonrası Hizmetler ve Müşteri Hizmetleri Direktörlüğü ve ardından Nokia Central Europe bölgesinde 17 ülkenin sorumlululuğunu içeren Orta & Doğu Avrupa Proje ve Program Müdürü görevlerinde bulunmuştur. 2014 yılı Ekim ayından itibaren Brightstar Telekomünikasyon Ltd. Şti. yeni adıyla Arena Connect’de Ürün Yönetimi & Tedarik Zinciri Direktörü olarak görev yapmaya başlamış ve halen bu görevine devam etmektedir.
Kariyerine üniversite yıllarında FMCG ve telekomünikasyon sektörlerinde yarı zamanlı olarak başlayan Engin Caferoğlu, Bahçeşehir Üniversitesi Stratejik Pazarlama ve Marka Yönetimi Bölümü'nden mezun olmuştur.
Eğitimini ve askerliğini tamamlayarak 2007 yılında Telpa A.Ş.'de Ege Bölgesi Bölge Satış Müdürü olarak göreve başladı. 2011 yılında Avea Kanal Türkiye Satış Müdürü olarak atanmıştır.
Ardından 2014 yılında Brightstar Telecom'a geçerek Vodafone Kanal Satış Müdürü sorumluluğunu üstlenmiştir. 33 saha satış ekibine ve 12 çağrı merkezi temsilcisine liderlik ettiği 2018 yılında Brightstar Telekom Satış Direktörü olarak atanmıştır ve disiplinli, etik, yenilikçi ve çözüm odaklı liderlik becerileri ile bu tarihten itibaren satış müdürü görevini başarıyla yürütmektedir.
Mr. Cem Borhan has more than 17 years of experience in technology companies in product, sales and management roles. He worked as Deputy General Manager and General Manager at Linkplus in 2016, respectively. He holds the same duties as Linkplus at Redington. He started as a Technology Sales Executive at Oracle and was later promoted to the role of Technology Sales Executive & Lead Account Manager. Prior to Oracle, he was assigned to Sales at Hewlett Packard (HP). He started his career at Avnet Technology Solutions as HP Enterprise Solutions Product Manager.
Mr. Cem Borhan graduated from Koc University Electrical & Electronics Engineering. After completing his undergraduate degree, he obtained a Master of Arts in Economics and Finance from Bogazici University.
Mr. Baris Korku experiences in treasury operations, cash management , derivative products and hedging strategies. He has excellent knowledge in banking operations, loan, investment projects and trade credit insurance in 25 years. Prior to Redington, he started out as a finance manager at APS, and moved up to become the group's CFO. He has supported and gained experience in various operations of the finance department for 13 years. Before finance operations, he started his career as an Internal Auditor at a Finansbank. He got his first experience as a Research Assistant at Finansinvest.
Mr. Baris Korku graduated from Koc University, bachelor’s degree Economics and from Galatasaray University, master degree’s Management Information.
Mr. Cenk Soyluoglu has more than 25 years of experience in technology companies in sales, product, business and development areas. Before being the Director of Strategy & Business Development Director, he worked as a Sales Director, Business Unit Director and Head in the sales teams at Linkplus. He had responsibilities as a Business Development Manager at IDC. He spent 11 years of his business life at Arena Computer and rose to the position of Product, Unit and BU Manager. As his first work experience, he continued his career by working in support, sales product and business development at Empa Information Technology.
Mr. Cenk Soyluoglu graduated from Istanbul University, bachelor’s degree Electronics Engineering and from Isik University, MBA.
Mr. Bora İncir has more than 23 years of experience in technology companies in sales roles. He started as a Sales Manager at SAS. Prior to SAS, he was Regional Sales Lead for Turkey and Greece at Micro Focus. He developed customer relations and negotiations in SAP as Sales Manager. He gained experience in project management, business development, customer and human relations of the unit he is responsible for at Altus Software Services company. As his first work experience, he continued his career by working in sales and operations for 9 years at Meteksan System.
Mr. Bora İncir graduated from Middle East University, bachelor’s degree Mathematics and master degree Business Administration and Engineering .
Mrs. Mine Günes has 14 years of experience in several companies on HR Department. Before being the Director of HR & Administrative, she worked at Smartiks Technology Solution in order of HR Manager and HR & Communication Director. She continued her career by gaining experience in the HR department for 7 years at this company. Mrs. Mine Güneş had responsibilities as Training Manager at Kariyer.net. She served at Yataş as HR Specialist and Aviva, HR Assistant Specialist.
Mrs. Mine Günes graduated from Kocaeli University, bachelor’s degree Labor Economics & Industrial Relations and from Marmara University master degree’s Management and Organization.
Mrs. İclal Anasoy has 16 years of experience in several companies on Marketing Department. Her most recent assignment was as Marketing Communication Manager at Cigna Turkey. Prior to there, she worked at MetLife in order of Deputy Marketing Manager and Marketing Manager. Before taking this responsibilities, she served as Analytical CRM Assistant Manager and Sales & Development.
Mrs. İclal Anasoy graduated from Istanbul University, bachelor’s degree Business Administration & Management and from Bogazici University , MBA.
Mr. Timur Yalcin has more than 31 years of experience in technology companies. He continues his experience same role in Redington, which started with the role of Professional Services Manager at Linkplus for 16 years. Before joining the Linkplus team, he served in the fields of customer support and experience in the role of Technical Manager at Emobil Information and Communication Technologies. Starting his career at Linksoft, he gained experience within 10 years and rose to the role of IT Manager.
Mr. Timur Yalcin graduated from Yildiz Technical University, bachelor’s degree Mechanical Engineering.
